Psychotherapy
Registered Psychotherapists (RP) and Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) (RP-Q) are regulated mental health professionals in Ontario, licensed through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
To register with CRPO, clinicians must complete a recognized Master’s-level graduate degree in psychotherapy or a closely related field, meet specific academic coursework requirements, complete a minimum number of direct client hours and supervised clinical practice hours, and successfully pass the CRPO registration exam (for full RP status). They are also required to carry professional liability insurance and adhere to strict standards of practice and ethics.
RP-Q clinicians have completed the academic requirements and are actively completing their required supervised clinical hours toward full independent practice.
Because these clinicians are registered with a governing body, services are typically eligible for reimbursement under extended health benefits plans (please check with your provider to confirm coverage under “Registered Psychotherapist”).
Working with an RP or RP-Q means working with a clinician who has met provincial regulatory standards and is accountable to a professional college.
Supervised Therapist
Supervised Therapists are Master’s-level graduate clinicians who are currently completing their clinical practicum as part of an accredited training program in psychotherapy or a closely related field. At this stage of training, they are not yet eligible to register with a governing body such as the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) or the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
All Supervised Therapists at CLARITY work under the close supervision of a senior Registered Psychotherapist. Their clinical work is thoughtfully supported, reviewed, and guided to ensure high standards of care, ethical practice, and client safety.
Because Supervised Therapists are not yet registered with a regulatory college, their services are not eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits. For this reason, sessions are offered at a reduced rate.
Many clients appreciate working with Supervised Therapists for their presence, care, and up-to-date training, alongside the added layer of supervision and collaboration that supports their work. Choosing this option allows clients to access quality therapeutic support in a more accessible way, while also supporting the development of emerging clinicians.
Soul Therapy
My programs support women in their journey of reconnecting to their true self and better understand their relationship dynamics. I love sharing how it's possible to create relationship dynamics that are built on trust, communication, honesty, healthy boundaries and unconditional love, by understanding the generational patterns, external conditioning and past experiences that can impact these close relationships. I offer a holistic therapeutic experience that reveals a deeper connection of the emotions and mind to the body, spirit and soul.
Supervision Individual & Groups
Supervision with Julia Clark
Supervision with Julia offers a deeply experiential space where therapists are invited to slow down, reflect, and reconnect to the heart of their work. Rooted in symbolic process, relational depth, and spiritual awareness, these groups move beyond case discussion to explore the living dynamics between self, client, and collective field.
Through sandtray exploration, reflective dialogue, and embodied awareness, participants engage with themes of projection, countertransference, intuition, and the balance between individuality and interconnectedness. Julia’s supervision creates a sacred, grounding environment where learning is felt as much as it is understood—supporting therapists to integrate insight, presence, and authenticity into their practice.
Whether through virtual deep process or in-person sand process work, supervision with Julia invites therapists to expand their capacity for attunement, healing, and transformation—within themselves and in the spaces they hold for others.

Social Work
An MSW is a Master’s-level graduate degree in Social Work. Therapists who hold an MSW and are registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) are regulated health professionals in Ontario.
To register with the OCSWSSW, clinicians must complete an accredited Master of Social Work program, meet academic and practicum requirements, provide proof of supervised clinical experience, carry professional liability insurance, and adhere to the College’s standards of practice, ethics, and ongoing professional development requirements.
MSWs are trained to support individuals, couples, children, and families with a wide range of mental health, emotional, relational, and systemic concerns. Their training includes assessment, therapeutic intervention, advocacy, and resource coordination, with a strong understanding of how social, cultural, and environmental factors impact wellbeing.
Because Registered Social Workers (RSWs) are regulated by a provincial college, their services are typically eligible for reimbursement under extended health benefit plans (please check your provider to confirm coverage under “Registered Social Worker”).
Working with an MSW/RSW means working with a clinician who is professionally regulated, accountable to a governing body, and committed to ethical, evidence-informed practice.
